In-Ear Sound Design SD1 wins big at 2006 Worship Facilities Expo

Westone Laboratories and Gennum Corporation are pleased to announce that their jointly developed In-Ear Sound Design SD1 musician monitoring toolkit received two major awards at the end of 2006 Worship Facilities Expo (WFX) trade show. These awards were “Best Audio Product in the “other audio products” section and “Best Overall Audio Product”. Keith Gordon, Product Manager for the SD1 at Gennum Corporation, stated that, “This is a fantastic for a brand new product that has only just begun shipping in November of 2006 to receive such overwhelmingly positive response from the market in such a short time. Those of us on the SD1 team are very proud.” Karl Cartwright, Manager of Westone Laboratories’ Music Products Division added, “This award represents the culmination of many years of research, hard work, and the growth of a great partnership with Gennum.
